Deleting your account and your data

In accordance with our terms of use and the Google Play Store guidelines, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your Pli account and of all associated data.

How to delete your account directly in the app:

1. Open the Pli app on your device.

2. Go to Settings or to your Profile.

3. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.

4. Confirm your choice. (You may need to re-authenticate for security reasons.)

Deletion request by email:

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to atelierobscur@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Please use the email address associated with your Pli account so that we can identify you. Processing time: within 7 business days at most, in accordance with the Swiss revised Data Protection Act (nFADP).

Which data will be deleted?

Your user profile (name, email).
Your company information (IBAN, name).
The full history of your invoices and the data of your clients synchronised on our servers.

⚠️ Warning: this action is irreversible. All your data saved on our servers will be permanently erased.
